Maintain schedule to report progress, forecast trends, work progress and completion.

Perform schedule analysis to determine the critical or longest path(s) of the project activity network, to identify critical activities and near-critical activities.

Elaborate forecast analysis for activities, resources and work quantities, comparing them against the values from the baseline, using results from what-if scenarios and selection of alternatives according to project requirements, focusing in accomplishment of objectives and milestones.

Elaborate weekly and monthly reports for the core group of the company.
