Project Controls Consultant   

  • Elaborate a new baseline of the project master schedule loaded with resources.

  • Create the system to use to manage and control the project according to the Definitive Estimate approval.

  • Maintain oversight of the projects KPIs.

  • Assess in the selection/evaluation of construction contractors through the project’s life.

  • Report to the board about the status of the project (plan, costs, risks, change orders, deviations to scope).
