Project Controls - Planner / Scheduler  

  • Search and obtain consensus among the stakeholders during the planning process.

  • Identify driving or key resources in relation to the priorities of the project.

  • Facilitate preparation of the project plan and work breakdown structure.

  • Facilitate estimation of timelines and project phases.

  • Involve team members in planning process; and involve the client in defining project goals and key results

  • Elaborate the project master schedule.

  • Re-examine and update the plan if the conditions change for any of its elements.

  • Review and control, project schedules from contractors in charge of earthworks, concrete Works, and electromechanical erection. Schedules on Project and Primavera P6Elaborate weekly and monthly reports for the client CDC.

  • Elaborate project control sheets and mile markers for the progress measurement of the project. 

  • Elaborate critical path analysis of the project; elaborate floats analysis; evaluate impacts and delays of the project; re-schedule activities of the project; risk analysis (PRA).
