Head of Project Controls – Construction

  • Elaborate the project master schedule.

  • Lead development and implementation of Project Management controls, through tools, guides, processes in order to manage projects in company effectively.

  • Review projects progress on a regular basis against budget and schedule.

  • Liaise with the Stakeholder (Risk) teams to ensure that a consistent approach to risk is taken.

  • Maintain oversight of the projects master schedule through KPIs

  • Assess in the selection/evaluation of construction contractors through the project’s life.

  • Lead development of forensic analysis in completed scope of works by contractor. 

  • Involve stakeholders in planning process; defining project goals and key results
