Development of engineering, procurement and construction schedule, resource leveling. Establish, maintain and control schedule activities.  Total Capital InvesmentUSD 32 Million

Responsibilities as follow as;

  • Prepare Baseline Master Schedule (engineering, procurement and construction) using tool of Primavera P3 e/c the planning and scheduling (Primavera 4.1 e/c). Establish, maintain and control master schedule activities including engineering management, procurement and construction phase.
  • Prepare manpower and equipment scheduling (resource leveling) based on approved capital project list as a optimization tool, manpower and equipment justification for additional/reduction resources.
  • Prepare material delivery schedule and coordinate with Technical Services to proceed with PO requisition arrangements to ensure material delivery  as scheduled in line with construction schedule.
  • Prepare "S-Curve Target" for every approved construction schedule as a tool to monitor, control construction performance.
  • Prepare schedule progress and performance report, monitor and update project schedule, attend weekly coordination meeting by way of conducting  work progress discussion.
  • Prepare revised construction schedule, evaluate and recommend time extension request for each contractor which is delayed to do project execution plan.
