SAUDI ARAMCO-56”- QUAD-2 LOOP PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION-(JANUARY-2018-PRESENT) COST CONTROL ENGINEER Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of billing processes, etc. Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required. Develop the project cost control strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Client and contractor roles and responsibilities. Collect and compile progress and cost data, and develop cost-control worksheets and reports for review by delivery teams. Coordinate preparation of cost risk analysis. Assist and prepare cost performance management data. Preparing the monthly Project financial report as a part of the Monthly management report along with KPI (Key performance Indicators), KPC (Key performance Controls) and MIS Cost Supportrelated reports inclusive of Balance score card.  Monitor the cost against budget & Forecast the cost to minimize the cost overrun & suggest thecorrective action.
