Performed material take-offs, estimated, prepared and submitted the change orders; prepared permit applications and coordinated with AHJ; acted as Company representative at progress and coordination meetings and reviewed, generated and processed submittals & RFIs.
Projects included hospital plant and ambulatory center renovations, new independent and assisted living facilities, church, new office building construction and multi-level High School mechanical package with Ice Storage main cooling system with back-up glycol cooling system, heavy in HVAC and science lab piping
