Construction Project Planner / Senior Planner, Galfar, (various projects) @ all in the Middle East

Responsible for preparing Level 4 schedule (Rolling Schedule) to communicate work plans to site teams which includes Look-Ahead (30 – 180 days), matrix schedules, procurement tracking logs, expediting reports, logic diagrams for phases or areas in progress.



Cost Budget preparation for Material, Labor, Machinery, and Subcontract & General Expenses



Reviewing the project progress using Earned Value Management System, producing Dash Boards and providing necessary support to Planning and Cost-control manager in decision making.



Delay Recovery strategy formulation and Management reports preparation
