 In-charge of Planning Section for three projects (Contract Package BC-4, BC-8 & AMEL C-2) costing Rs.417.90 Crores under DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation).

  • Detailed accountabilities include:
    • Planning of Works in consultation with Engineers-in-charge at Site.
    • Creation of Work Breakdown Structure, Activities, Activity durations and resources.
    • Project progress monitoring and preparation of Cash flow Estimates.
    • Maintaining project activities using MS Project 2003 and Primavera P3e/C 5.0
    • Preparation of Progress Reports for Client and Internal use
    • Holding weekly progress review meetings with concerned site in-charges.
    • Attending progress review meetings with Client.
