I successfully completed a three year graduate management training scheme within Willmott Dixon Construction in September 2011, in which I carried out work placements in all disciplines of the business e.g. Site Management, Design Management Quantity Surveying and Planning. This gave me an invaluable appreciation of the different aspects that form a construction company and how these aspects need to work together effectively to be successful and efficient.
