We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planner to join our team in London.

 This post will be actively involved with the retrospective delivery of ‘Planning & Programming’ expert witness services involving forensic analysis.  The person appointed will be a specialist in planning and programming and familiar with Primavera P6, PowerProject and Microsoft Project with sound knowledge of delay analysis methodologies such as Window analyses, collapsed as-built ; prospective delivery of ‘Project Control’ services involving the development of baseline programmes, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, earned value analysis, risk analysis etc.

Projects will range across the full spectrum of sectors in building and engineering.

We are seeking applications from experienced Planners with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualified in a construction discipline.
  • A proven track record in construction planning, programming and scheduling – including EOT.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in delay analysis, preparation of reports for claims and adjudication.
  • Ideally,  experience in working either as Expert Witness, or assisting Expert Witness in preparation of testimony
  • Experience of working with major main contractors / consultants in the UK.
  • Excellent contractual knowledge – JCT, NEC and FIDIC.
  • Fully au-fait with all current planning and programming software.
