Stephen A. Devaux, President and Founder, Analytic Project Management
I worked with Applicant Mike Testro for about 6 months as Moderators of the project management Forum on the Planning Planet website. In that role, I found Mr. Testro to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable in many important project management areas, especially dealing with construction projects and forensic project management. He was excellent at responding to questions, critiquing and accepting new concepts and maintain order in the forums. He was especially thorough in the latter role. I was VERY impressed with both his knowledge and his work ethic.
