I have gathered 18 years of total experiences in Construction Industry. Learnt and experiment all kinds of Project Scheduling and Planning in various types of Projects. Every project has its own individuality to implement schedule and capture time. I have contributed my scheduling skills to various types of Projects such as Hotel, Railway, Aviation, Highways, Water supply and Power Plant. Last 12 years I have been working with various Rail Related Projects in Crossrail, Heathrow, London-underground, and Network-rail.
A sound baseline programme and a complete supporting network are essential to accurately monitor and assess progress for any form of forensic critical path delay analysis. When not available, our experience and capability of interrogating contemporaneous records allows us to understand the delay issues and their potential impact.
There are two major forms of analysis; which are known as: a) Retrospective and b) Prospective
