The Project Management Institute (PMI) is making a bold pivot toward agile. As a project manager and an agilist, I am excited by these moves. At the same time, it is hard to envision both this transition and the future state.
My strenght is my perseverance, my drive to survive in a role outside of my capabilities bu i do have strong basic when i enter this new role. The second one is i am always open to learning everyday, not being satisfied on what i have skill wise. The most is my drive to be on my career goal even for the fact that I haven’t been given the opportunity, i do online training donsome researches on how to be a great planning engineer and senior to managerial level someday.
My weaknesses are
My weaknesses are: 1. As an expat, i am not too vocal on problems in our organization. Vocal in a way that might affect my relationship with the team (majority locals), 2. I am not too expert in the tools required in planning mainly for the favt that I haven’t work with a team of planneror project control team were i can acquire new knowledge in a daily basis, i openly do projects alone as project planner (middle scale projects) with a very little system in place and i do have to initiate most of the format, templates or procedure, 3) being shy, i believe this is mainly that working alone in most if my projects, my confifent level is not there since nobody validates what i do. I just do self enhancement training and do validation from it and so far so good. I am not patient on what was coming i the future so I’ve been to many employer looking for better opportunities to exercise my skills and learning but opportunity is always not in my side
What skills come to me naturally
Perseverance, hard working and a team player. This is the main skill i had naturally and insirvived and learn from this set of skills. I am also naturally good at adapting in a fast pace in ebry new thing i do mainly becoz of my experience
What do I struggle with
I struggle to get my confidence in place due to lack of supervisoy on my side throughout my career.

Traditional project management concepts focus on processes, timelines and budgets, but forget the human aspect of the project management. The human relations approach to project management has gained increasing acceptance because project managers have realized the importance of focusing on the human aspects in this sphere. These aspects relate to people’s skills, their communication and relationships with others during the project implementation.

Experienced agile coaches and practitioners develop a sixth-sense. They can quickly assess the health of an agile project or team just as doctors do with their patients.
