Looking for Information regarding planning jobs/career in Singapore

Hello Members...

I am a Primavera/MS Project planner based in Australia with about 12 years of construction and IT planning experience. Due to certain family issues, I am looking at moving base to Singapore where I will be considered as a local for job purposes as I am married to a Singaporean citizen.

Is there anybody here from Singapore or who has worked in Singapore before who can help me understand the market in Singapore.

I would specifically like to ask a few basic questions like

- Which job site/sites do Singaporeans look at predominantly for jobs ?

- What role recruiters play. Are majority of jobs through recruiters ?

- Are there many roles which are contract based through recruiters on a per hour rate basis or is employment directly with the company more the norm ? If it's through the company is it usually temporary project based ?

- What remuneration should I expect for say 10 years experience on say a construction project. Does the remuneration differ significantly based on project/company ?

- Will there be a single interview or a 2-3 rounds of interviews and are they technical in nature - ask you to display P6 knowledge etc ?

- Working hours that i should expect and is it 5 days/week or 6 days/week.

- Planning software which is popular - P6/MS Project/Open Plan or any other ?

Sorry for the barrage of questions but I am pretty lost on what I should expect. Any help is very much appreciated.
