there is no such actvity codes in MS Project Standard (stand-alone) (any version) as in Primavera P6; WBS in MS Project is a calculated field you can let as build or set-up.
you could you create a custom field to enter activity codes in it, but you will have some hard time to organize the Gantt Chart from these data.
