Export scheduled tasks into MS Project

Simon,

You just have to create your Excel file the way you want the data to look in MS Project,

then launch MS Project, click File, Open, browse to your Excel file and open it

if the MS Project table is not arranged in the same order as the columns in Excel, you will have to map an import table in File, Save As, ... have a look to the online help for more details
