What the script does is to take the information you place in the name, email and text box, and generate an email to the recruiter. This same email is copied, via a CC, to the planner (i.e. you).
If you check the email, you should see that it goes to both yourself and the recruiter. If you still think otherwise, please forward one of these emails to someone at planning planet.
We are now experiencing between one and three hundred application each 24hr period. The messages from the recruiters is that the text (in the above referenced text box) is the key to them taking your CV forward. The recruiters get a lot of CVs by mail. It is your introduction, in the body of the email, that will catch their attention, far more than a simple "please find my CV attached" type of email.
