Existing practical project issues

I am starting this thread that we can share from our experience:

 

I met an issue in my new project. By Specifications I should receive a P6 schedule (cost and resource loaded). I just received the general view pdf. and another view(pdf) that shows complete different activities(each compiles several activities from the baseline). This new view has, for this compiled activities, loaded the cost. It looks like another Schedule of Value but is generated in P6 and from a Baseline of 500 activities shows only about 80 activities. I get hard time on arguing with the Contractor, and my collegues too, explaining that this is not a cost loaded baseline schedule. Is there any place on net, that you know, that explains in detail how should be a loaded schedule?
