Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist the project manager in completing the base line planning for the projects
2. Monitor the project progress against the weekly and the monthly milestones
3. Perform a thorough review of the contractor's detailed plans for the projects
4. Oversee and ensure timely material procurement for the sites
5. Assist in resolving conflicts that might arise between various parties - project manager, contractor's project manager, contracts manager
6. Provide assistance in identifying resources for new projects based on all projects status
7. Provide inputs to the contracts team in creation of contracts with the contractors and structural consultants

• Exceptional skill in Training and communication (Convincing power with technical guidance)
Qualification & Work experience:
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in Engineering (Civil). PG in any discipline added advantage.
Work Experience:12+ years
