Hi Jorge
You do not say if you are trying to claim for extra time or money.
As always it all depends on what it says in the contract.
Usually extra work is recoverable in both time and money unless the Contractor has agreed to take on the risk.
Best regards
Mike T.
Hi,
you can prepare your claim as a DAY WORK ,which includes the work you have done on certain dates and the eng. hr spent perform the work .
Hope it may help you .
Rgds
Thanks Omer,
The question should be:
Is it possible to structure a claim for increased quiantity of engineering (more piping, concrete, cables, etc...), without changes in the scope of work ?
If yes, please an example.
Thanks,
Jorge
Can u please elaborate your question?
Regards,
Omer
