Project Close Out Flow Chart or Check List

Most Clients that have a formal project delivery process have specific deliverables required at the end of each stage or phase. The Close Out Check List is merely such a list of required documents to be produced by the project in the last project delivery stage. A flow chart would show any dependencies between the deliverables.

For Close Out you would be looking for

Tech Docs AFC / As-Built handed over

Manuals in place

Maintenance Systems Loaded

Commercial Close Out

H&S Files handed Over etc

On-going support identified etc

This usually all happens with a Project Close Out Report.

Hi Mohamed

Usually just a list of actions that need to be completed at the completion of a contract / project, mind some contract documents may have specificly identified requirements.

The client may issue a list or more usual to be developed by Client / Contractor.

The type of items could be, Issue Close out Report, Issue As Build Drawings, Issue As build Documentation, Issue of Handover Documentation, Material / Financial Reconciliation, Demobilisation of Site, Removal of Surplus Materails etc.

Regards

John
