· Reporting to Project Manager/General Manager on construction issues.
· Various levels of planning, progress monitoring, reporting, preparation of productivity reports and analysis, recovery schedule for the project and shutdown planning involving hour by hour scheduling with work group.
· Preparation of preliminary and final schedule.
· Dealing with Client on construction progress issues.
· Attending daily and Weekly progress meetings.
· Attending project Task kick-off meetings.
· Preparation of progress report for invoicing.
· Prepare Look ahead Schedule 3days, 3weeks and 3months.
· Cost analysis.
· Monitoring Daily Accomplishment.
· Prepare Schedule MRP/ERP.
