· Reporting to Project Manager/General Manager on construction issues.
· Various levels of planning, progress monitoring, reporting, preparation of productivity reports and analysis, recovery schedule for the project and shutdown planning involving hour by hour scheduling with work group.
Preparation of Baseline, Recovery and Revised Schedules in Primavera P6 (Release 7.0.0) to the lower level as per client milestone dates in order to understand what are the realistic approaches on site for work implementation as per the scope of work issued by client.
