• Level 4 Project baseline schedule

• Mobilization plans.

• Analyze the Critical Path using CPM / PERT.

• Progress tracking and manpower productivity by daily / weekly tracking sheets.

• Manpower histograms and progress curves for analysis.

• Look ahead programs, including clash checks to ensure readiness to progress.

• Site material planning and Quality management system.

• Prepare risk mitigation plans and assess regularly.

• Assess the progress of project using Earned Value Management System.

• Equipment Projection & Rolling Plans, Turnaround Documents and Project Performance Reports.

• Assist Project Manager in identifying potential areas of delay / slippage from baseline schedule.
