Role includes Preparation of Project Master Schedules, Approve Baseline Schedules, Review Project Progress Reports and appraise Top Management on the status of the project.
Review and approve Extension of Time claims and cost implications.
My main responsiblities are all planning/scheduling activities, daily progress evaluation, weekly progress reporting, monthly progress reporting and cost analysis as detailed below:
· Updating construction master schedules Level 1 & Level 3 (using Primavera software) including Costs and Resources allocation.
Part of a Team of planners for the Telecoms Framework, Assistant Planner on Settle- Carlisle Signalling Enhancements, and progressed to sole planner for Settle- Carlisle Signalling Enhancements. Maitaining programme, internal and client reports. Supporting management team on project Change Conrol, Extension of Time and Claims.
• Level 4 Project baseline schedule
• Mobilization plans.
• Analyze the Critical Path using CPM / PERT.
• Progress tracking and manpower productivity by daily / weekly tracking sheets.
• Manpower histograms and progress curves for analysis.
• Look ahead programs, including clash checks to ensure readiness to progress.
• Site material planning and Quality management system.
• Prepare risk mitigation plans and assess regularly.
• Assess the progress of project using Earned Value Management System.
