• Representing Client in overall Program Management from Scope Definition to the formal Closing-out of the projects.
• Develop / Update Master Schedule for the Program and communicating progress across the organization.
• Preparation & Implementation of Project Control Procedures.
• Assisting Commercial Director in overall Project Management including Initiation, Planning, Monitoring and Closing-out of the projects within the program.
• Review, Comment & Approval of Overall Project Plans, Technical Proposals, Programme of Works (Schedules), Progress Reports, Payments and Claims submitted by the Contractors and recommended by RE & PMC (PARSONS International).
