SCADIA Lead Planner

SCADIA is a government entity, formed to carryout the execution, monitoring and control over the progress of expansion program of Abu Dhabi International Airport. Parsons international Ltd. is the program manager along with many renowned international consultants and contractors. The multi billion budget program is expected to complete and operational by 2015.

Major Responsibilities:

Pre Contract:

Preparation of project control specification/requirements for scheduling. Liaise with other team members to incorporate them in to the tender and contract documents.

SCADIA Lead Planner

•     Representing Client in overall Program Management from Scope Definition to the formal Closing-out of the projects.

•     Develop / Update Master Schedule for the Program and communicating progress across the organization.

•     Preparation & Implementation of Project Control Procedures.

•     Assisting Commercial Director in overall Project Management including Initiation, Planning, Monitoring and Closing-out of the projects within the program.
