Technical Change Manager

Delivery of the T5 Change Process as part of BAA Systems Leadership to the T5 Systems Project, management of change to £250M portfolio.

Ensure a managed change process providing efficient response to change raisers

Presentation, justification and substantiation of large (upto £5M) project change to the T5 Executive and Change Control Boards

Communication, guidance and championing of new business cases to the T5 Project Board of Directors.

Project management of new scope from client/stakeholder requirement to handover for supplier delivery

Establish the technical resolution of the T5 Systems changes which include Wireless LAN, Fixed Network, Cabling, Voice, Radio, CCTV, integrated systems, fire systems, MATV and PA/VA for BAA, BA, Telco’s and Government Bodies.

Inter project negotiation, dispute resolution and interface management with Rail and Tunnels, Terminal Buildings construction, airside/landside works, other Heathrow projects, Retail, BA, HMR&C and control authorities

Strong Challenge and Effective communication of change to all necessary levels including planning, cost and commercial as well as quality, insurance and assurance

Effected the successful turn around of change management to pass through demanding audits and establish a firm and effective change management system

Development and mentoring of other change managers for T5.
