oInstallations of Specialist finishes (Theming) for 42 numbers Malls/Courts of Gold Souk – The Dubai Mall - Package NS15B. (Burj Dubai Developments)

oConstruction & Installation of Dome Projection System for Treasury Court. (Burj Dubai Developments)

oConstruction of Discovery Center, Back of House Aquarium & Discovery Center - The Dubai Mall - Package NS15B. (Burj Dubai Developments)



Major Responsibilities as Planning Manager:



oDevelopment & client approval of project master construction schedule for various packages in coordination with the project team.

oResource/Cost Loading, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Updating, Controlling and Reporting periodically.

oPreparation of Project Monitoring / Project Control systems, Progress performance curves, Manpower histograms and Cash flow forecasts.

oPreparation of Pictorial charts and other graphical representation of Project.

oSupervise the Control system for a suite of projects including report format and analysis.

oPreparation of Planning procedures and Progress measurement systems.

oManaging the progress meetings with specialist sub-contractors and reviewing the progress on weekly basis.

oIssuing & tracking of Notices/Correspondence to protect Company’s rights against Contract.

oPreparation & Submission of Entitlement Programme, Extension of Time Claim, Cause & Effect Schedules, Delay Claims and Prolongation Costs/Disruption Costs/Acceleration Costs.

oAssist in maintaining, improving and continually updating planning systems, procedures, processes and standards.

oSuccessfully developed & implemented Centralized Documentation System, Variation Register for updating, accessing of all correspondence, variations etc. through internal network system.

oSuccessfully developed & implemented E1 & E2 logs to monitor and control the submittals and procurements of the Project.

oTraining/ Mentoring of Junior Planning staff.
