The project was a challenging one of having 85 Floors with 415 Mtr height, inclduing multilevel carpark and Shopping mall with Multiplex theater

Project Undertaken: Infrastructure Development works for the Jaber Al Ahmad City project N1 & N3. The proposed area of the project is 982 hectares that will accommodate approximately 5700 dwelling units of Kuwaiti foundation.

Work included Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of the whole project to meet the objectives managed by senior management. Prepare various schedules and reports for Management and clients on the revision to all scope, estimate and schedules. Quantity Calculations, Technical tender evaluations. etc.
