2,300 MT of Structural Steel Fabrication, Erection,

Painting and Fire Proofing.



- Al Hitmi Office Building

1,700 MT of Structural Steel Fabrication, Erection,

Painting and Fire Proofing.

     

- Dubai Tower (Tender Document Preparation)

10,000 MT of Structural Steel Fabrication, Erection,

Painting and Fire Proofing.

          - Dubai Metro Project

           10 Nos. Metro Rail Stations, 7,700 MT Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection



•     Preparation of manpower and equipment histogram.

•     Preparation of look-ahead schedules.

•     Preparation of project KPI and S-curves.

•     Preparation of work orders for site activities.

•     Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.

•     Compilation of progress photos.



B.     Over-all logistics supervision and management.



C.     M.I.S. (Management Information System)
