Supervise over 254 Cost and Planning Engineers which mobilized in various project.
Preparation of Project Cost Savings Bonus Computation for Project Management Team and Support Group.
Updates Company Cost Control Procedure.
Conducts training and seminar for newly hired Cost & Planning Engineer and undergone with ABC.
Supervise / Assist Cost and Planning Engineers at site by responding their queries.
Review cost variance analysis for the whole EEI Projects such as Buildings, Infrastructure and Electro mechanical (Overseas and Local Jobs).
Check and review budget for Production and Contribution and Direct Operating Expenses.
Check and review monthly Actual Production and Contribution (Total Company).
Qualify newly hired cost and planning engineers.
