Control Account Planner within the Nimrod MRA4 project for 2.5 years, working within different tiers of the organisation. Roles have included:
WBS, OBS and RAM breakdown
Scheduling of projects lasting upto 5 years with values of over £60M
Monitoring SPI and CPI against baseline
Analysis of EV data and development revised estimates and mitigation plans
Resource allocation and planning
Identifying, Recording and Mitigating risks
Implementing LCM and ELC management by maturity
