- Preparation of baseline schedules & respective cash flow & resources requirements.
- Conducting trend analysis and path forecasting along with all periodic reports, S-curve, & Manpower Histogram
- Handling claims and delay analysis in accordance with the Conditions of Contract
- Following up domestic & nominated subcontractors’ actual performance vs. planned and advising the project manager accordingly.
- Identify the proper Key Progress/Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accurate tracking of projects status.
- Production of all respective progress tracking and earned value reports along with production assessment.
- Screening the delay of Engineer’s response to submittals / drawings and impact the program of works accordingly
- Conducting Forensic/Cause-Effect & Time Impact Analysis providing the relevant particulars for claims substantiation
