• Review weightings; develop project measurement and monitoring system for EPCM project phases • Set up data base for monitoring weekly / monthly progress for EPCM phases. • Develop project S-curves to control and reconcile project plan and actual project progress. Also assist in risk analysis and control. • Appraise project progress status and highlight bottle-necks / critical areas. • Analyse the control baseline (S-curve) with actual project progress and stipulate areas of behind schedule and also assist to propose measures to the project manager for correction.
