My prime responsibility was to deliver as Senior Scheduler, the Design & Build Contract package Al Laylak Tower - Two 22 storey residential/retail towers GFA 555,683sft. containing 256 residential units.
The entire project was suspended indefinitely in February 2009 following the global recession.
Key responsibilities
• Pre-contract planning for the building including the preparation of detailed pre-construction & mobilization programme and detailed construction programme using primavera P6.1 with resource loading.
• Assisted the Planning Manager in developing and implementing the planning procedures.
