A duration of time, the manhours involved, and an amount of work produced?

Hello all

Im new to this platform but am looking for some output rates for sprinkler installations in the UK. any and all help will be apprecieated

Jan Daryl Fabregas 👤 Member for 9 years 3 months

Hi,

It seems that the most of the rates here are equipment rates. do you have any rates for manpowered activities (e.g. manual excavation)

J
jake winstone 👤 Member for 12 years 7 months

looking at the drainage outputs on here they don't seem to be that reliable? does anybody have an excel spreadsheet they would be able to send with some general drainage outputs?

C
Chris Ellis 👤 Member for 10 years 9 months

I am struggling to see any logic behind the productions per hour on the drainage?

33m per hour for 150mm drainage in runs exceeding 30m or greater is impossible - unless installed via trenchless methods!

I calculate my drainage productions to include dig, bed and surround, pipe laying and backfilling compacting in accordance with the specification and would never price on more than 30 - 35m per DAY for a 150mm UPVC pipe at a depth not exceeding 1m.

What do the productions on here realte to and what do they include?

What geographical location is labor being executed? (remote/local port)

What is the weather conditions?

What type of industry?

Other particulars or need; Are there readily available resource (MP & DFL Equip/Consumables) ?

Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

Once we come into mutual agreement, I will produce the needed excel loaded unit rates for your project/s need/s.  Based on execution industry actuals.
