Hi All,
I have an activity in Primavera with a duration of 15 Days but I need the resource till 10 the Day.
Is there a way to spread the budgeted resource to only the 10th Day ?

Yes there is. The resource assignment record has fields which you can see in the Activity Details forms, for Resource lag (how long after the activity starts the resource is required, and resource duration.
BUT you have to be very careful with the Project Level 'Drive activity dates by default' switch, if a resource (e.g. 'Get Paid') is not within the sceduled start and finish date of the activity. Your example of (I think) a resource required for the first 10 of fifteen days will not change the activity duration
