Can we show the % complete in tthe schedule by WBS and so get the overall % complete of the Project.
We would be updating the activity % complete but can the WBS show the oerall % complete based on the activity pogress %.
A schedule which has Engineering - Measured in Manhours, Procurement - Measured in Cost, Construction - Measured in Manhours.
I do make the OVerall % Complete and indivigual WBS % complete in Excel.

Procurement measured in cost sounds odd, would all depend on the project though.
You can use performance % complete which is the activity % complete based on the Percent Complete type.
depending on P6 version your using, below P6v17xx or P6v16xx Performance % Complete - labour units is not available and only cost driven so I recommend to micmic the budget hours by setting $1 = 1 hour for Engineering and Costruction so you can have Overall % complete per WBS and overall using Performance % complete.
