How to populate the Activityspread Table without the SDK or the API.

Is there a method to populate these tables:

  1. ACTIVITYSPREAD
  2. EPSSPREAD
  3. PROJECTSPREAD
  4. RESOURCEASSIGNMENTSPREAD
  5. RSRCROLEASGNMENTSPREAD
  6. WBSSPREAD

without the help of the SDK or the API?

I would like to draw the activity usage profile for any group of activities and for any project without the help of the P6.

You have two options:

1) Create a layout in P6 using activity spread or resource spread then use copy and paste function to excel

2) Run these timespread tables in P6 Report with output to .csv then open in excel.

Alternative options is for programmer and software developer:

Create a program that automate these timespread in excel using the open database table of P6.

2. color your wbs

3. group by wbs

4. gantt chart by shape

5. gantt chart by cell format

6. create wbs dictionary

7. create resource dictionary

8. create activity code dictionary

9. extract calendar
