Hi All,
Once a week, i update and schedule my P6. This week I noticed that some of activities' Total Actual Units doesnt Equal for the same week Cum At Completion Labor Units.
In my case they all should be the same, I think (Because my Budgeted Labor Units equals At Completion ( there s tiny difference that I avoid)
In English name of the Activities
-Rough Construction Works (CW)
-Interior CW
-Facade CW
-Mechanical CW
-Electrical CW
-Escalator CW
-Elevator CW
-Landscape CW

Percent Comp. Type is Unit
Duration Type is Fixed Duration&Units

I found the problem. Some acitivities in progress have 0-zero- Rem duration. This causes a problem.
