I'm Facing an issue, In my schedule, even though some of the WBS summary activities are already started, they are moving with the data date of the schedule.
Every time when I'm changing the data date, WBS summary activites moving forward with the data dates and then I have to revise back to previous dates of WBS Summary.
Kindly advise.
it is doing what its is supposed to do.
It summarizes ALL activities under that WBS.
It will use the earliest actual start date of any activites under that wbs and the latest finish (not late finish date) date for the activities under that wbs.
so if you update the schedule and things move to the right then the wbs summary will move to the right.

Please check that the bar for the wbs summary activities is not displaying the remaining duration only, but also the actual duration.
