I have a doubt:
Schedule "A" has an At Complete of 7.94% in July / 19 before being entered as the baseline for Schedule "B".Its Ok for me...But after schedule "A" is entered as baseline on schedule "B" the field "Cum BL Project Nonlabor Units" has a% of 7.61%What am I doing wrong? 
then get access to it or talk to the adminstrative person who does have rigths to this
Suggests to Set the Planned Dates equal to Current Dates.

go to
Admin
Admin Preferences
go to the Earned Value tab
at the bottom where it says Earned Value Calculation When calculating value form a baseline use
change this to Budgeted value with current dates or At completion values with current dates
