It seems that I am the first to make a posting here.
I am keen to be part of a self support and exchange discussion in all matters related to identifying, those planning and implementing project controls, which are both simple to understand and implement, yet effective and beneficial to all those involved in the control process.

Unfortunately, there's nothing simple in South East Asia, especially in the South China Sea or West Philippines Sea. Even if you have international laws in place, there's no guarantee for its implementation, or enforcement. So how it would be for Project Controls? Anyway Bob, what specific topic that you want to discuss?
For infrastructure projects - use Time Location charts! simple and effective.
(but then I'm a bit biased)
