I'm so pleased to write here, as recommended by my ex. manager to discuss here, I really look forward to hear your advice.
In brief, I'm a planning Engineer, instructor of PMP & Primavera, and I already have worked partially within construction delay analysis, but seriously I need your advice to develop my knowledge, expertise & skills in Delay analysis professionally.
Due to my interesting in Delay analysis, I've lost in searching within books to read or examples to apply.

I need advice
If someone alter changes in the Baseline programme knowningly and present the delay analysis based on the altered baseline to the Tribunal , what are the consequences for doing this.
Actually i found all schedule has altered and presented to Tribunal now. Previously we notified that contractor not using correct baseline and it reported with few errors etc. but later we found that last submision of EOT was manipulated.
So what action we can expect based on above.

There are many consultancies working in the UAE zone that may be worth approaching.
Look at the PP "Partners Tab" for some guidance.
Based on personal experience I would not approach Systech.

Books will tell you what to do but not how to do it.
My advice is get a job with a consultancy and work as assistant to an experienced analyst who will mentor you in the dark art.
