My new contractor's planners refuse to submit: (these are all stipulated in the contract)
1. Recovery Programme
2. Substantation to Claimed Progress in the weekly reports
3. Procurement tracking system
4. KPIs of the planned and actual works
5. Any of my request to validate their claims (letters, inspection data, approval letters)
I have written a letter already and it's still being ignored.
What's your recommendation?
