Have anyone heard anything about concurency review of project finish date?
I know about the concurency review of delays, but I have never heard of project finish date slipage concurency review ! (each of our delay happend in a different period of project and they are not concurent )
Can anyone help here please?

how we get the concurrent effect while using the time impact analysis ,
We have the updated programmes each month
suppose Employer delay apear in Jun, 16 - we have the updated programme and we can record the total delays
We can make the fragnent of delay and can have the impact due to delay of employer ,
But this info give us the contractor delay before event and employer delay after event
If we do so for all delays we will get the same delays contractor delays and employers delay- what about concurrency

How do u define/see the same time frame in your following statement
Concurrency is whewhen delay events impact within the same time frame
as stated by yourself in your previous response as well as supported by SCL the Concurrent Effect is where two or more delay events occur in different time zones but each have a delay impact.
from above it is deduced that Employer and Contractor's risk events can occur at any time to produce concurrent effect.
Please clarify.

Concurrency is when delay events impact within the same time frame - more or less.
There is no concurrency for a delay at the beginning and another at the end of a project.
Remember concurrency is only an issue if money is involved.

If empkoyer risk event (ERE) occuring at early stage for say 100days and contractor risk event (CRE) occuring at a very late stage for say 120 days, and both ERE and CRE are critical delays to completion on parallel critical paths, would they produce a concurrent effect of 100 days? Please clarify

There are two types of concurrency:
1. Concurrent Cause - where two or more delay events occur in the same time zone and each have a delay impact.
2. Concurrent Effect - where two or more delay events occur in different time zones but each have a delay impact.
It seems that your case is Concurrent Effect.
The same rules of allocation of EoT - LAD's & Prologation costs apply in each case.
