An application event has been intercepted, plz note the event "UEFED-1505-1".

Dear All,

I have an issue of exporting a spreadhsheet from an existing schedule, when i try to export spreadsheet (for resource import) its showing "An application event has been intercepted, plz note the event "UEFED-1505-1".

Note: I noticed this problem after updating my windows on 12 Oct 2017. Before that, i was able to use this export/import without any issues.

Can anyone help me plz to resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Yaseen.

Armor yes I resolved it

Yaseen uninstal the excel update and turn OFF automatic updates by going to the control panel amd under Windows Updates select Turn off automatic udating on or off. Then under microsoft Update uncheck this item.

Wait until the patch from microsoft comes out for the permanent fix

Zoltan,

I uninstalled solved the problem, but my machine is asking for this update again, either i have to update & shutdown or update & restart, there is no direct shutdown or restart. can u help me please fix it permanently?

Once i tried the mandatory update, i faced the same problem.

Thanks,

Yaseen

Hello Richard,

No..!! not yet, i tried by re-installing my microsoft office (since the problem is related to EXCEL), but it didn't worked.

1 thing i would like to ask you, have u updated your windows recently?? (12-Oct-2017)

It is related to that or not i am not sure, but this problem occured after the updates on my machine.

Thanks,

Yaseen
