P6 Resource Usage Profile Budget

Hi Everybody,

Could you please help me.

In Resource Usage Profile first pictures my budget (yellow colour) shown on 28 October 2017, but it actual( blue colour) started on 01 March 2017. I think it should be the budget and actual stand near each other(like Picture 2). Am I right?

Hi Everybody,

 

When I assigned baseline project to current I have problem with shedule % complete and activity % complete, wrong calculate schedule (planned) % complete. I think the both % should be the equal. Baseline date and current date the same, different only between two % complete. Could somebody please help me?

yes becasue August 26 is a Saturday and I bet your setting are to start the week in Sunday. That is why you have actuals and forecasted units for the week of Ausgust 20 th. The actuals are from August 20th to August 25 and the remaing units are for August 26th. Go to Admin Preferences and go to the General tab change the Starting Day of the week to Saturday or just change your data date to August 27th
